I just checked my email and I have the CD keys for three games in there, thanks to the Paradox Newsletter.

Gotta love those guys at Paradox Interactive handing out free games.

Waiting to see how well it was ported, 'cause my PS3 is cooked so I can't play Dark Souls.

You must be joking. The day I play a FPS again is the day the universe implodes. Not happening any time soon.

MW4 is Mechwarrior 4.

MW4 is a FPS.

You can switch to third person.

You can do that in a lot of games. Doesn't make the cockpit viewport any less first person.

Yeah any game where you are sitting in front of a cockpit is pretty much unarguably first person

Gamespot and wikipedia both class the game as a simulation, not a FPS.

First person perspective is fine in games, but I find first person shooters boring.

Simulation and FPS aren't mutually exclusive

I know, I never said they were.

I just don't enjoy FPS games. Arma 2 is fairly enjoyable, but not my overall cup of tea.

I mostly play 4x's and grand strategy games, like Europa Universalis 3 or Crusader Kings 2.
