I'm fixing my sleep schedule.

Also:
My mom died, and I have a paranoid fear that I'm very unhealthy and will most likely get diabetes. (both my grandparents have it, and I eat a lot of unhealthy foods)

On the plus side my new computer is coming soon!

I'm sorry about your mom and your potential diabetes.

You know, it sounds like you need to hang around more with friends, or getting a different routine. So it's good that you are trying to fix your sleeping schedule.

Really, the times that you sleep are irrelevant. So long as you get the required amount of sleep in 24 hours you should be ok. I could mention here about how I only get a couple of hours each morning in a patronising way, but really just bore yourself into sleep with dull tasks like reading or homework, and you might feel better the next morning/afternoon.

You can also fix the eating a lot of unhealthy foods bit pretty easily. Cut back on processed foods, eat more fruits and veggies. Watch out for hidden sodium and high fructose corn syrup, and don't drink soda if you can help it.

You're right. It isn't that hard, especially when you love fruit!
I've decided that next time I go to the store I'll pick up a bunch of healthy foods, instead of garbage.
Though we did just go to the store and spend almost 100 dollars so I don't want to waste what I already have, even if that sounds lazy or unhealthy.

I've also decided to take better care of my teeth and do some exercise. I have heard it's better to pace yourself so I figure doing some simple exercised each day will help. (push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, etc.)

You should also drink lots of water, it's good for you. As well as sit-ups and stuff, weight lifting is pretty good for a person. I lift a 20 pound barbell in each arm for most of my weight lifting exercises like bicep curls, but I'm probably a lot younger than you, so you could probably start off with that amount of weight.

Excercise is very important, and you never know when you'll need it.

Like, for my school week, I'm going to participate on a cheerleader thing lifting a girl. You need a lot of strength to do that, and I'm glad I had been doing some work out, if not, it would be a pathetic show.

Miggles, it may also help to break your routine and go do something you don't normally do; go swimming or paintballing or something.

Man I'm jealous, there is like one airsoft center on my country but it's not on my city, so my chances to eventually play are like 10000:1.
