You could always throw it at your feet.

Throw it up and have it land on you.

Joseh's actually right and showing some sense here believe it or not.

Finally someone understood what I wrote!

Of course if you don't want to stick it to the thrower at all, just other actors in his team, Arc is right.

Well, then what the Dead Man's detonator would be used for?

See my post on the end of the previous page. It works but it's a dumb way of doing things when you can just use a pie button. Why go for something that looks and plays kind of hackily when you can just do it the proper way? The pie menu could also make the c4 drop once pressed so that the player doesn't even have to bother throwing it. Label it correctly and put a note in the description and it'd work well.

Oh yeah if there's an "attach to self" slice that actually attaches it to you, intead of toggling the ability, that's the most intuitive it gets.

Haha if I have the time to write it up I'm sure he wouldn't object. The problem is me having the time, I'm stretched thin for scripting time and I still have a full plate that I'm picking away at far too slowly.
Shouldn't actually be difficult though, set the actor to Controller.WEAPON_DROP, stick on a proximity attach script taken from somewhere then activate the bomb or whatever. Of course things are never as easy as they seem :(

Sorry for not posting before, my internet was being a FEMALE DOG

I see most of you didnt understand what i meant with "Stick to actors too"... I dont know if it only happens to me but if i throw a C-4 in the air exactly above my actor (So when it falls it sticks to it) when it collides with said actor the C-4 sticks to the air in the place it hit the actor, but it doesnt stick to the actor itself.

Yay I made people burn! :D

I'll get onto that pesky C-4 now. IIRC the Coalition 'nade launcher has a nice sticky script I can cannibalize. I might mess with sprites a bit too, at the moment there is too much variety D:<..
I might use a similar palette for all of them, so that they're slightly recognisable as a faction's weapon set.

Yeah. I have the same question. Is the human tank still in production?
