Not much. The feeling of a 300v300 battle where you are a single unimportant soldier at the start is fun, at least for me.

I played the demo and it's fun.
It's pretty bare-bones, but it definitely has some entertainment value.
They could do with a tutorial though, or make the cover system clearer.

C#, somewhat of whichever language is .bat and Lua as in Cortex Command.

C# and Java are quite similar, find a syntax guide or something and you should be able to pick it up.

Yeah the jump from C# to Java isn't a huge one. Try following the trails on the oracle java pages, you should be fine.

Their netbeans compiler is also pretty handy for when you start out.

I'm an idiot. I'm incredibly paranoid and easily frightened by anything even vaguely Lovecraftian. I just finished watching all of Marble Hornets. Then I got a link to creepypasta and read the page on The Rake. Currently locked in my room with samurai sword in hand. I really am the worst. The thing that scares me doesn't even have to be scary, just has to be based around an idea that my mind can work with.

I would do the same thing when I read too much creepypasta, but I don't have locks on my doors or a samurai sword.
I usually just read comics or pony stories until my brain resets.

I've put the samurai sword down, but I still have a screwdriver. Stabby objects make me feel safe.
