I really should remember that number if I want to put it into practice again.

Re: My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, the thread
I don't see what that has to do with creating crossovers between ponies and other subjects, Daman.
Either way, I thought the documentary was nicely made and not particularly mean-spirited or one-sided, although it's hard to say how accurate a depiction it gave; as long as you've got enough footage you can cut it to present people or events in completely different ways, leaving out certain parts you don't want to show and vice versa. As a documentary on the community/fanbase/however you'd like to name it though it's worth very little.
That's doesn't have to be a bad thing, but since it starts with giving a seemingly factual definition for "brony" (strangely enough, since "brony" is an ill-defined concept with no single definition) it would be easy to assume for anyone not previously familiar with the mlp fanbase that it provides an accurate representation of the entire community. Likewise it would be easy to assume for anyone who is familiar with the fanbase that it might purposefully present only a small part of the community to convey a particular image as opposed to an unbiased view, causing respectively misinformed opinions and unecessary frustration. This goes for a lot of videos, articles and what not claiming to show who bronies really are.
Ofcourse you can't go around and interview every single fan out there to try and create a 100% accurate doc, but you can at least try to diversify your samples. If through lack of resources or some other problem you can't physically meet people outside of those attending bronycon f.e., use other media to contact them or gather information on what they're like and present that together with the rest. Either that or just don't attempt to document something that's out of your league to document, resulting in an inaccurate portrayal of the subject matter.
As an exhibitional movie giving a glimpse into the personalities and characteristics of several people it's nice (the angry banjo guy totally stole the show!), other than that it just kind of fails to achieve anything as a proper documentary.
So there's my view on that. I'll end this post by saying that haters gonna hate and Applejack is best pony.

Ugh, Applejack is my least favorite (Can't stand her accent, let alone her mannerisms), Fluttershys definitely the best pony in my opinion. Does anyone have any idea what model of government they have? From what I've seen it seems to be either a dictatorship or a monarchy... .......... When did this happen to me T_T ?

It seems that they have something like Britain, they have a mayor, and the towns make all their decisions, but there is a princess, who, does like nothing.
Fluttershy is my fav, obviously.

Hah, yeah I really like them all a lot, although AJ and RD are definitely my favourites overall. I don't really mind who features in the eps though, they're always fun to watch no matter who the story focuses on.

I just like fluttershy more because I can relate to her, but, yes, I do like them all.
