Someone should make the main characters from MLP as sprites(I thought I had seen this somewhere already, is it already done?). I'll turn them into actors, if you'd rather not do that part.

You must be thinking of http://www.desktopponies.com/ which has sprites, but not in the cc format, you could probably chop them up though.
