So I thought I was the only brony in my town for the longest time.

And then an old friend of mine came to where I worked wearing a Rainbow Dash shirt.

Yeah, don't hide it man, tell people about it, but they might try to hide it, and say they are a brony after you tell them you are. a lot of people in my school are brony's.

Kind of difficult when the subject matter is as inherently obnoxious as it is.

Well everyone knew though. Which is what I found surprising.

I know there's some at college, they all seem to be in the game design course. With their shirts. which put me in the habit of taking a glance at the shirt of everyone I meet.
also, I'm generally kind of calculating when I decide what I say to what people. I'll sort of let things like vague references dangle, see how they react and decide if I can go further with it to the point of letting them know what it is I'm trying to get at. So, a couple of people know.
Other times it's incidental like when someone in my class wanted to know if I had a DA.
