After a few seconds you stop, feeling a bit tired from the effort. The cyclone vanishes, and the marauder is completely unharmed on the other side.

The tip of the marauder's weapon strikes the hilt of your weapon and slides across your arm, cutting deep into your right wrist before reteating. Your sword merely slides along the marauder's armor as it backs up, unable to swing due to the interruption.

Facing the two chirop who were heading your way, you watch Dandelion run up to them, but before he can reach them, the ground explodes right under him and throws him high into the air. The axe marauder then swings its axe and creates a massive cyclone in front of it, which blocks all of Cihas's magic attacks.

Grabbing the sword and half-gliding, half-dashing towards the sword marauder, it sees you and charges at you as well. Charging at eachother, both of your weapons meet in a titanic clash of equal strength, creating a miniature blast of air that blows debris from the ground.

Also, at this range, you get a good look at the chirop's short height of only 5 feet and the shape of its body. Even under the armor, you can tell that... It's a she?

Before you could try to overpower her, she jumps back and lands on the ground with her sword angled on the ground and kicks off, gliding around you, using the sword as a speed boat would use a rudder.
