Me too, you can also get up on top of the really high grassy spot with some tricky jumping and throw yourself a variety of ways

If I can find time in the next few weeks I'll work on it while it's still fresh to me, but there's a lot going on at the moment - Uni is ramping up as I head towards midyear exams and KAG work never slows down. Would like to do some more 1bd specific stuff though.


Today's "Oh I've got a break lets make something" thing. Some dude with a cup of coffee. Trying less square limbs/body etc while keeping it boxy. Need to tweak the rigging on these kinds of humans a little to make the elbows/knees deform more nicely (can probably be done by offsetting the joint a little)

1hr in blender and photoshop. Hair looks a bit shocking from some angles, haha.

Might do a properly connected mesh next time to see if I'm better at those yet.

I like the colouring and shape in that, but his face just looks like it was hit by a car.

I focused more on the colouring and less on the face. But its good that we can formulate an alibi to why I ruined his face.

The poses are fairly boring because it was meant to be a much larger group picture but then my time was consumed by University and it was never completed. Also her arms are too short.

Personally, I think that would make more sense if it was "If it's too loud your too young" instead, since diminishing hearing ability makes sounds quieter I believe, or hard to interpret.

Yo, my first finished painting I've done at home. (done stuff at school but a while ago now, 4-5 years maybe?) Probably should have done a little test image before mucking everything up on a proper painting then having to go over areas over and over and over again to correct them... But that's not my style yo! Do things the hard way and you learn quicker. Reasonably happy with the result. Nice to not be confined to pencil and pen my whole life.

Thanks Adriaan. He's actually a dwarf, hard to tell though since I cropped the image at his shins. The gear is based partly off of English Civil War soldiers, but not referenced aside for the design of the helmet.
