You have a large number of fighter craft, yes?

Bring them. There's a reason carriers replaced battleships in modern navies.

The mobile fighter craft can perform strafing runs on enemy ships while the main fleet engages them in a frontal assault.

If you can, refit your fighter craft with bombs, and we can use them very well indeed.

Or keep them as fighters, there's no telling if the enemy are using fighter craft, and I'd rather not sail directly into a battle without combat air patrol to intercept any enemy bombers.

My flak-equipped Pit Dogs should wipe the floor with any small craft in range, but I agree with caek's suggestion. We need some sort of fighter screen.

You'll have to be careful with the flak.

When those shells explode, the shrapnel will keep travelling due to inertia, and possibly shelling our fleet :(

Besides, fighter craft are more useful offensively then flak cannons.

Once we receive the data from your probe, however, we can make better plans.

I'll put up some fire-control systems to prevent something like that happening. But the flak Pit Dogs are solely for antifighter use and shooting down incoming missiles; my heavy laser Pit Dogs and missile Pit Dogs will do most of my fleet's damage.

Alright, here's my battle plan so far.

My ships are siege frigates, they are heavily armoured, they'll be at the front of the fleet, with a few of Kebbit's AA frigates mixed in to support them. Kebbit's missile and laser frigates will be behind them, supporting the front line with fire support where ever it is needed, or to bombard the enemies slower ships before they can reach the front.

I'll keep my 12 ships shaped into a series of clusters that make up a straight line. Each of these clusters will be made of 3 ships, making 4 clusters. These clusters would commence simultaneous assaults to keep the enemy commander off balance.

Fails & Miggles fleet will be the fast assault. They'll hit where ever there is a break in enemy formations and lay waste to disorganized units while my forces move forward to secure the position. They'll also support our flanks if there is potential for collapse.

Kebbit's electronic warfare ship will sit in the rear, jamming enemy communications to reduce the enemy fleet's organization. This'll disrupt the enemies chain of command. From the information gathered from previous Nonopan rolls, he does not have any fleet training facilities or the like.

When the battle turns south for the enemy, his forces should scatter. Their lack of training make them merely conscripts, and we can break their morale the same we will break their ships.

My frigates are extremely-heavily armored as well. I think they would be able to fight as a second line or even mixed throughout caek's siege frigates.

And my Command Haywire should also, besides using its ECM abilities, use its command powers to coordinate the fleet's targeting and maneuvers (that's the main purpose of the ship; I didn't specialize it in ECM but rather battlefield control).

I just checked the roll, you have 4 flak frigates and 4 beam frigates. That's a flak and beam frigate to each cluster. Your ships aren't as heavily armoured as mine, but the abundance of my ships and the communication/sensor jamming should keep them from targeting them effectively.

Of course. The command ship will have to stay in the rear to keep it far from the battlefield to keep it out of the enemies fire.

In terms of armor both Canis frigates and Gehennan frigates are about equal, Canis ships designed for their armor while Gehenna benefits from its alloy(Metal+).

Nichoslax: Divergent as in the memory structure is too foreign. Using the socket they just dont recall or record as much if anything as opposed to the "normal" people.

Order SciCorp to continue working on their projects. For Psycorp, however, try to get some results out of remote viewing.
Having brought back the Bio Sample from Gungnir SciCorp's bio team have renewed their efforts on research and catalog of it.
Experimentation into the Airborne Genetic Engineering Virus continue. the safety of the virus remains the issue with a larger re-writes however small rewrites or slow changes test well.
Psycorp remote viewing devices are a wall they are yet to get over. We're talking about detecting a EM wave that can barely pass the human skull.

Found a new SciCorp - AttackCorp. Give them the task of making a particle beam small enough to be used in fighter craft with a bigger variant for use on frigates and above.
AttackCorp. Leaders in firepower.
Scientists under attackcorp come from many areas, some from SciCorp who have had many weaponry designs over the years. The initial project for a particle beam produces a prototype within the first turn.

Found another SciCorp - DefenceCorp. Give them the task of developing starship shielding to protect against weapons fire, not to be used on fighters or corvettes.
Dcorp's first project, that of a shielding device does not meet with the same success. Though featuring many talented people and with many theories on how to overcome the problem.
initial scientific workings highlight a system that destroys anything that enters the field or acts like a force field.

Leviathan design - Make the ship big enough for both! (didnt roll as 4th action)
Leviathan design continues. Big enough for both and more armor than ever before. Designers begin to redesign the layout of the ship to accommodate for the larger power plant yet to be designed.

The Leviathan class dry dock is complete. the new blueprints for the larger version still fit, just.

the drone near F packs up and begins to slowboat its way to nonipan territory. itll take a turn to get there as it was never fitted with anything more than navigational thrusters.

Thimai

Design a mining ship, with built in drills and refineries
A atmospheric capable mining ship is designed. Equipped with 2 drills and a single refinery.
The ship is capable of mining at the speed of 2 drones while refining its earnings

Expand city, create medical clinics to spread the anti-rad meds more
The city expands, both above ground and underground. During construction of an additoinal above ground area a roof colapses in. A number of civilians are caught in the cealings collapse.

Research and build planetary defenses
Research into planetary defense. initial designs are for some form of mass driver. Initial prototypes are a failure though designs continue.

Aboard the colony a number of people have reported "things" in the engineering decks, lurking in the darkness, though nothing has been confirmed a number of colonists have reported the strange sightings.

The mysterium covering the future of verigon is split into 3 parts as demand increases the first released at the end of the turn.

Put safety protocols in place for the hive, we don't want this new technology to make a complete hive mind.

What do you mean by divergent? Too extreme memories? or they refused to get the chip?
Too divergent. the memories and brain networks are simply wired differntly. AC current and DC current to give a basic (and not entirely accurate) example.

TITAN Automated Industries Hiveship Sigma

Don't build it just yet though.
The decryption of the light weapons database begins, however the keycodes you have been furnished with appear to be useless, new codes are worked on and the database will take some time to decrypt.
a solar wind "sail" array is designed a very basic design using 1-2k ncm depending on size.

Alright, it's crunch time people.

"I want the Ypsilon ready in 2 turns, Omer is to focus on researching an upgrading the vents, while Rosenthal over sees the installation of the new reactors. I want speed and efficiency with no loss of quality, if more turns are absolutely needed, then just say so. I believe in you science teams, just do what you do best!"

"Create an official dockyard group (For ship construction and repair (Name them Nakai Construction)), start them off on the construction of a Mutou Cruiser, same two turn deadline, give it your all construction crew!"

Continue SciCorp projects. Get PsyCorp to work on the potential for moving the conciousness between people, or from person to machine. Get DefenceCorp to continue work on shielding, perhaps something that can absorb the energy of incoming objects to reinforce the shield further? Order AttackCorp to continue working on the particle beam.

Start the construction of a large number of manufacturing complexes on the planet surface.

Expand the military academies.

Leviathan design fun.

Minor actions.
Morale check on the colonists.

Rally the fleet, move it to Gehenna to group up with their fleet.

Transfer the 25 spare navy personnel to Gehenna to supplement their green crews.
