It's like a grenade kind of thing, think of the fuel rod cannons from Halo.

Well it can be a hit or miss kind of thing, either it missed and just hit the ground behind or it hit and the explosion happened.

Miko. I'm going to disregard your turn, because you just destroyed my heavily armoured mech with a pistol. Dice rolling is not how PW works. If you'd like that than please join an RTD. Please read through some of the matches on the PW website before you make more turns.

You don't just decide to involve dice in Picture Wars, that's really not how it works. You use logic and what's fair. A pistol isn't going to take out a mech like that so easily.

Changing the basics of PW and adding dice to the mix is all well an good, but start your own PW thread if that's what you want to do. You can't just go into someone else's game and say "I want to make this more original" and change things.

My short sighted-ness (metaphorically) has got me in a fair number of faults while playing and writing the rules.

Regardless I don't want people like Miko playing. I gave him a second chance, and he still didn't try hard enough.
I don't want everyone else's game, including my own, to be ruined by 1 single guy. And, since I feel like Miko was taking away from the game I won't let him play.
