M2 MT vs PzIV... at least I managed to dent his armour a bit. Try being in the M4 Sherman VS a fully upgraded Tiger. God the round penetrated the hull and probably went out the back.

It'd be better if it was drunk.

Re: World of TANKS
I've been near the bottom at all my matches. It's very depressing.

Re: World of TANKS
I've seen a T2 SPG get thrown into a predominantly T4/T5 match - no T3s, even. The MM is just flat out abusive sometimes.

Re: World of TANKS
This is the official match making chart. My Tier 5 Sherman can end up fighting a Tier 9 what ever.

Re: World of TANKS
That chart is probably outdated. I also saw a T1 in a T3/T4 match last night... poor guys. To his credit, he did survive quite a long time. I think he was mostly spotting for arty and then falling back. I think I'm getting the hang of this whole 'Tank Destroyer' gig.

Re: World of TANKS
How do you do it? Do you have any tips? I'm planning on branching into the American TD line.

Re: World of TANKS
Shoot then move. Use cover and camo. Stick with others who can spot for you, but don't get too close to the combat. Try to shoot weaker armour as much as possible.
All common-sense stuff when it comes to tanking, really.
