You can't legally drive at 16, nor can you legally drink until 21. At least, in America, though since you're from Europe it may be different. Regardless it's still illegal.

mikolaj007, use min.us, photobucket, imgur, dropbox, something like that. If your uploader doesn't support png, it's a terrible uploader. And yes the forum rules and probably some US laws I'm not familiar with say you need to be 13 years old to be on here.
