You come to a sudden conclusion, pulling out your knife you jump onto the creatures back and start hacking into its eyes like there's no tomorrow.
It rears its head to bay, bloods flying everywhere, both its and the ensigns, you look up to see the Commander seemingly working on a plan.

Truth be told, your far better off than you should be, most of the cuts are pretty shallow, and the 'mauling' was more of a gently nudging in the stomach.

Lighting the top, Commander Artyom smiles,

And proceeds to over arm the bottle into it's mouth, the results are explosive.

The last remaining droid looks rather scared by his squads annihilation, and subsequent betrayal. It remains frozen in place as you walk up to it, break its neck and tear off its head.
You notice the others giving you a strange look, and one of them mentions something about 'compassionless' and 'In-humane'.
Unsure what is meant by the comments, you decide they were both complements.

peeling away the metal that contains the main components, you are shocked at what the droids contain.
Inside are few electrical components, other than the generator, and actual limbs, everything seems to be connected to a small mammal creature.
Initial scans indicate it to be an Earth born kitten, while the creature cannot be saved it certainly puts a new perspective on your friend over there.
The remaining components (Comprising of a wireless transmitter and numerous sensors) are largely useless, the only indication of who produced these abominations are a simplistic white apple that appears on each of the parts, including a tattoo on the kittens naked flesh.

You could link up with the Kitten-core, but it would produce... unpredictable results.

K'zan drifts through a black space, wanting to end it all, you welcome the warm light that drags you closer and closer.
As you near it however, something grabs you from behind, turning around, your eyes are slam closed as its soft gentle lips touch yours and breaths sweet life into your body.
You are pulled back into consciousness with tears of joy and a smile on your face, a smile that is lost the instant you see the figure who hovering over you. The darkness swallows you again.

He'll pull through, fortunately there was a first aid kit in the office, and you knew how to use it. After bandaging the wound, you then had to give him CPR after he stopped breathing, he woke up for a second and seemed pretty happy to see a friendly face. Feeling like a bloody hero, you pour yourself a glass from the commanders personal cupboard and take a celebratory drink.
