Sure!
Although be prepared to allow for a little artistic interpretation.
EDIT: Done!
I hope you don't mind me taking the liberty of naming the belt and the ice planet, and if anyone asks why the belt is wobbly, it's because the iron's magnetised and that screws up makes its orbit more interesting.

Yep, and it's now called Anderson.
You may not call it Andy, its name is Anderson.

I don't mind having a ice world in the system.

Besides, I'm sure Gehanna could do with a large scale water supply.

Canis Minor

Assign half the drones excavating the SciCorps base to mining operations. Assign some civilians to mining duty, to increase production of usable ore.
A number of civilians are given tools to help assist the Mining Drones. The turnout is less than expected however the boost to the economy is apparent with faster service times on drones and less travel time

Order the design bureau to start work on designing the ships for the Siege Fleet. Order all SciCorps research divisions to inform me about potential researchable projects.
The SciCorps Designers begin work on the Seige fleet. Priority one, a Frigate.
Initial forays into the frigates construction are limited by size, a few designs for heavy fighters are sketched out but not what the team is after.

Order the orbital shipyard to produce 5 mining/refinery ships that we designed a while back. Make this the primary priority of the shipyard, the expansion comes second.
The first of the Mining/refinery drones begins, the initial chassis and mining array is online with the next delivery of metal the first will be complete. (first is 60% done)

Request a complete status report, all sections.
Industrial: There are still 10 Agri-Drones pending on order, currently on hold as 5x Mining Drone Mk2 have priority. Contemplate trade with Gehenna, Possibly they are not experiencing the same resource shortage?
Canis
The Canis colony on canis' surface progresses well, the highrises are quickly filling out and will need more housing on the surface in around 3-4 turns.
SciCorps bunker excavations are near finishing. the initial walling and foundations are being laid in the completed areas. However this along with the dam is suffering due to metal shortage. Once excavations are complete it will take 2.5t of metal for stage 1 to complete and 2.5 to be completely online.
The Damn's foundations are complete and is now awaiting the 5t of metal required to skin the framework and 1.5t of metal for the giant turbine generators.
Orbital Docks are ready for orders. currently idle aside from the smaller double dock, which is producing the mining drones mk2.

Gungnir Industries

"Continue Omers funding on all three areas (unless by Mass Transport you meant Mass Relays and Mass Effect technology, if that's the case throw all the funding at that), while getting Rosenthal to work on Reinforced alloys"
The Mass Relay idea is mentioned in passing to Omer, Initial thoughts are that its interesting, however would be impossible to create, atleast with the current level of technology.
Omers success this turn comes in the form of variable output reactors, offering much more stable and accurate control’s in both civilian and military applications. (Increased maneuverability on Interceptor – Corvette class)

Mixtures of alloys are put through rigorous testing and Rosenthal's first success comes using softer metal between two thick plates. The composite armor offers 3x the strength of steel the same thickness.

"Scan the system for more normal metal, if a reasonable source is found move all the mining drones to that source."
Using the larger communications array to boost the signal the scanners detect an asteroid consisting of metal in space on its way to the system. Estimates by Omer scientists say that it will be here in 2 turns and stay in system for 4 as it arcs around keion.

"Create a formal Military (Gungnir Vanguard Security), uniforms, ranks, the works. Within that, create an elite division. Name them 'Excalibur'.
The Gungnir Vanguard is established with the population rallying behind their icons in the GVS an overnight success with many aspiring to join their ranks. The Top brass debate weather or not to publicize the names/existence of Excalibur members, It could mean an ever larger morale boost while a mystery strike team could be useful in combat actions.

Mutou Cruiser Testing
Anyone whos anyone in Gungnir has seen the technical reviews, of the Motou Cruiser and the first tests on the components are perfect. Some engineers critisize its for lacking a single purpose. while others say that the multi-role IS its single purpose. The plans for the “Motou (Medium) Cruiser” are finished.
(note: additional modules can be fitted to it, just needs to be berthed)

Gehenna

Begin a politically-motivated public information campaign, educating the people of Gehenna on the benefits of cooperation with our allies in Canis Minor.
The stoic people of Gehenna begin to come around to the ideas of co-operation. The Gehhennan's market prepares for the influx of foreign goods. Advancements in the local economy have provoked a number of civilians to petition for trading vessels.

At the asteroid habitation facilities, begin construction of a massive strip-mining crawler drone.
Designs for The “Scarab” semi mobile strip miner are completed. Housing 6 mining arrays and a heat-Proof shell . It moves, slowly digging large furrows through the asteroid as it crawls along.

Amplify refinery output by developing techniques for chemically separating extracted metals.
Scientists put onto the project begin experimenting with various chemical separation systems however first experiments produce alternative refinement processes, however more costly than the current systems.

Request a status report on Gehennan industry. Where is it lacking, where is it inefficient?
Gehennan market information shows the only lacking portion of the market in the harvesting of raw materials. Additionally there is still 8.3 tons of Metal that could be used on non-military projects where M+ is not required.
Though strong in the industrial sector a growing number of people have realized there is a increasing call for luxury items, woods and other exotic materials.

Gehenna Deep Space Probe Beta picks up a signal that appears to be an extra solar planet. Gehennan scientists estimate it to arrive in 4 turns and stay for 3 as it orbits the star.

Nono Entromiybo

Expand space base.
Expansions for the space base begin. With the bases population relishing the expansions and the opportunity for more to exist in space on a permanent basis. During construction a portion of the base is brought offline after an accident involving a plasma cutter and a major lifesupport pipeline. Two thousand people suffocate in their rooms, corridors and workspaces. Lifesupport is restored and the section is completed.

Work more on biological weapons. Make them have a delayed effect that only shows up after a certain occurrence, like when a certain frequency of electromagnetic radiation is present.
Nonopan scientists successufully create a trio of biological weapons. The first is a modified version of the cloning material this is completely inert in the subject until they injest or receive active cloning material this forces the body into a state of hyper mutation, 99.9% fatal.
The second is a small bug that reacts to a ultra violet light causing it to enter a feeding frenzy, the bug takes 7 hours from contact with thin body tissues to reach the subjects eyes. (On average, the bug can also enter through tearducts if the subject is unaware which considerably shortens the time required)
The third is an airborne bacteria that appears harmless however is incredibly flammable, it is able to live on the skin of subjects along with a number of plants. Its transmission through air means that if a dense enough infected area a single high temperature explosion could set off a chain reaction.

Start building labor intensive mines. Make the more pure Nonopans part of the general population. If they really are better then they will be able to outsmart and get better jobs quicker.
Genetic recording begins, a number of them experience alienation at first due to clone/true racism

Thimai

Research a frigate for small skirmish actions, it should be useful sooner or later.
The first Thimai Frigate begins its design process. A light carrier frigate is produced designed with mobility in mind while also carrying a number of weapon systems, most slow firing railgun construction, It is also equipped with a larger cargo hold and a single flightdeck for launching Can Interceptors and carrying addition colonists.

Begin mining operations on the irradiated planet.
The first mining drones begin work. Their work hampered slightly by EM interference from the irradiated soil.

Build agricultural section on irradiated planet.
Initial forays into agriculture show a limited selection of crops able to grow, and of debatable quality, but growth begins with the first harvest of crops ready next turn.

As the colony ship arrives back home the spacestation fills out. Fresh residents and the remaining engineers happy to see their countrymen once more.

Xexelith

Send samples of the material i am going to use for superconductors to Gungnir Industries by a CAN ship, also focus on mining that alloy.
A Sample of the material is sent to Gungnir industries however it will take 2 turns to cross the expanse of space between you and them.

Observe planets of system J to see if any look like they can sustain life, if so set up base immediately.
System J, a quartet of planets populate the system. The first closest to the sun is a dark purple planet. The atmosphere poisonous. The second is a habitable planet but its thin atmosphere lends to extremes of climates at the polar and equator regions. Though between the two is perfectly habitable. The third is another habitable planet this one more suited to life with an atmosphere not much unlike Earths. The last planet in the system is an ice giant. A thin asteroid belt orbits with it.

Ask Gungnir Industries to help with searching for super light-but-extremely-tough-alloys.
Communication is free mate.

we resume normal broadcasting from here on. Next roll's at every 12 just as before.

I can't make my actions without knowing the complete report, most notably on the construction progress of things like the SciCorps bunker, the dam, etc.

Expand mining operation (need more metal!)

Begin breeding program, we need more mans.

Continue agricultural work, we'll need to feed our folks.

Man, my colony needs a lot of things. This seems to happen to me a lot in basically any civ builder.

To Nono Entromiybo
"We regret to hear that you have decided to continue your barbaric research into bio-weaponry, we had thought that we made it quite clear that we did not condone this.
This shows that you have either disregarded the advice of a respected member of this inter-system community, or you are incapable of seeing a not all that subtle hint.
Since we dearly hope that an organization with the combined IQ of a bumble bee should not have the capacity to develop and produce such a level of inhumane weaponry, we choose to think it was the former of the two.
We are going to state this quite clearly, so that there can be no more misunderstandings."

"If you continue this research, we will consider you a hostile force, and while we will not actively pursue any war effort against you, we will cease all communication, trade or co-operation will be out of the question and we will pressure our allies to follow suit."

"We hope that you will listen to reason, we certainly do not want to be on bad terms, but if you try to pose a threat to our people we will have no choice but to follow through with our previous statement. We hope you have a pleasant day."

Now that thats out of the way.

"Continue Omers awesome funding, ask them what level of technology would be needed for a Mass Relay, meanwhile get Rosenthal to work on a 'Stealth Reconnaissance Deep Scout Frigate' Code named SR1."

"Place all the mining drones an Freedoms Progress for normal metal (ALL of them please, this includes the advanced ones), scan the asteroid belt for metals or any other valuables."

"Prosper!"

I would also like a report on any areas my colony could be improved in, if its not too much to ask.

Just curious, all ships use FTL travel right?

i was never sure of this. All i have listed is "Cruise engines" so... kinda.

Itd be boring waiting forever if i used realistic distances.

But my notes just has ships with maneuvering engines and cruise engines. on larger vessels like cruisers+ the cruise engine is the main engine. however on smaller craft they can divert all power to cruise engines or split it between a number of engines to provide better maneuverability.

So basically one "main" engine with numerous maneuvering thrusters, traveling from star to star all power is diverted to the main engine, while in combat or keeping station the power is split between all thrusters.

As for engines, strike craft (interceptors, fighters, bombers) house a "splice" of a full sized fusion reactor, which provides limited power (enough for small ships) while larger ships need their own full sized fusion reactor. (which begins with heavy metals, and is self reacting for approximately 25 years)

Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.
The technology is so far advanced, assuming it is FTL, which our current laws of physics claim is impossible, so the technology is magic.
You ain't gotta explain ♥♥♥♥ with magic.

Therefore, he ain't gotta explain ♥♥♥♥, it's sufficiently advanced technology.

Have the orbital docks start constructing civilian freighters. Use the colony ship design as a template, but remove all the extra habitation areas, etc.

Reassign one of the factories to become a civilian factory, producing civilian goods, both for use by our own people, and for trade purposes. Allow civilians to bit on ownership of the company.

Request a list of potential research projects from SciCorp.

"To our brothers from Gehenna, we are constructing civilian freighters, to be manned by small crews of civilians, and we would like to trade with you. These ships will be privately owned, and therefore, we will need to create a standardized currency."

I thought we only had sub light travel, and that we used a multi generational starship to reach these worlds.

Apparently not, oh well, just wondering whether it would be groundbreaking to research it.
Also I propose an Alliance based currency, which shall be named 'Credits'. If not for simplicity sake, then because basically every well known Sci-Fi in existence uses it.

We'd have to establish the currency fully in game.

And until there are proper economies, corporations, stock markets and the dreaded inflation, there is no point in actually developing currency.
