Yeah, your in the tutorial, so the game will grey out loads of stuff. You can stop it and start it by clicking Reject tutorial or something like that in the corner, or restart it from your last completed part by going to the menu.

Are you on the German line? The Panzerjager I is okay, the Marder II is fantastic and should be treasured forever, the Hetzer is good if you know how to use it, and the Stug III is god tier.
