Which is the best start tank?

By start tank do you mean Tier 1? I would have to say my favorite is the Russian MS-1. It's a rather effective sniper; good firepower, great accuracy.

Oh man, my Panzers got wiped in the last wipe. I only have a Panzer II.

The T-26 is a really good tank. Great accuracy, very agile, capable of snapping its turret to any nearby target in less than a few seconds.

The Barracks is where you keep crewmembers for tanks you're not using. Your crew levels along with the tanks, too.
