Retreive the medical pack with potions, it could be useful. "So, what are we, uh, up against?"

Raggy, daarrrrrrrling, you'd better get in quick before all the players post their actions before you even roll

THEY SHALL AWAIT MY ROLL
I HAVE SPOKEN
Isaac | Arcalane (Roll: -)
It's been a slow day in Isaac's bar to start with, and over the past few minutes, the bar has been getting progressively emptier and emptier. New people have been coming in, but only to whisper excitedly to familiar faces and pull them outside, too. Frowning in confusion, Isaac decides to take a look outside himself just as the last customer walks out the door. He follows them out not long after, locking the entrance to the pub behind him, and notices the residents of Hyboro running around excitedly. A teenager bumps into Isaac as he comes barreling around a corner, almost falling to the ground from the impact. "Sorry, sir! Didn't see you there!" he blurts out in apology. "That's alright. What the heck's going on? Where's everyone running to?" Isaac asks. "You mean you don't know? Military forces all over the city have been getting into defensive positions and preparing for battle, and nobody has announced that these are just drills- the city might be attacked!" Isaac's brow furrows worriedly. "Attacked? By who?" "I don't know any of the details, sorry, but I heard from a friend of mine that there's some kind of weird fog rolling in from the west, and you can see some black smoke towards the east. I've gotta go, I'm meeting up with some people in front of Castle Grey- we're going to try to find out what's going on!" The youth runs off excitedly towards the huge Spire of the castle, visible towards the north. ============================================= Appearance In five words: Cid Highwind meets Mal Reynolds! A human in his early 30s, 5'11", short black hair, green eyes. Wears a worn-out jumpsuit under an old blue longcoat, with a light chain vest. Skills - Stormgunner: Mastering the use of the fickle Stormguns takes years, but that training pays off... assuming you don't fry yourself in the process. - Stormgun Caster: Isaac uses most of his 'spells' by charging his Stormgun with extra magical effects, rather than straight-up flinging fireballs or whatever. - Fleet of Foot: He can move surprisingly fast when he needs to, whether that's for dodging or running. Wielded - Stormgun: A large, heavy magitech handgun, linked to a belt-mounted power pack via sturdy cable. Very rare, hard to use, and dangerous to everyone. - Stormgun Battery: A heavy magicrystal 'battery', hooked to the Stormgunner's belt. Passively absorbs background magic to recharge itself, absorbs electrical shocks directed at the wielder as well. Book of Storms - Supershock: A supercharged attack from the Stormgun; does more damage. - Chainblast: A special shot that bounces between multiple targets in a chain fashion. - Stormgun Schematics: Essential for the maintenance and manufacture of Stormguns and their power packs. Inventory (3/10 slots) - Goggles: With flip-down tinted lenses, to protect the eyes from the environment or light of stormgun blasts. - Chain Shirt: Well-padded to reduce the chance of being shocked. Only a fool travels without armour. - Mercenary Tags: A set of old dogtags, usually kept in a coat pocket. A memento of past adventures... Condition/s - Stormgunner: +1 to Stormgun attack rolls, significantly reduces chance of lethal mishaps. - Stormgun Battery: +1 to defense rolls against electrical attacks. - Chain Shirt/Fleet of Foot: +1 to defense rolls.

"Guess it was only a matter of time... well, no point getting stuck into the mob just yet."
> Isaac: Head back inside, go upstairs, and gear up. Start moving the good booze down to the lower parts of the cellar.

*sigh* "Too many memories in this place. Too many memories. Hey old man, anyone else comes in, give em a round on me. Just put it on my tab." > Leave, head towards the east wall.

If worst comes to worst I'm sure Huntsman would be more than happy to take over his slot.

Re: Magitech: Frontiers
this ALWAYS happens with nicolas doesn't it
no offense to the guy himself, he's a pretty cool bro even if he doesn't have time to write a two-line character action

Re: Magitech: Frontiers
I believe it has happened in the past, yes. All in favour of new rule:
"As a Player, you have 48 hours from the final GM's roll to post your action before being kicked from the game. If you challenge your kicking before the next roll is entirely posted, you may re-enter the game at a GM's discretion."
(Seems like this is the third time I've written that rule now >_< DRLFFFG y u so lazy)
EDIT: Which is exactly 4-and-a-half hours from the time of this edit.
