Not necessarily. This is a new feature offered in addition to Cortex by the forum team and dev team working together. Unlike the AAA gaming industry, none of the code of the DLCs is included in the normal CC download, you're getting 100% new, just developed stuff.

I see you're using the new "Classic" feature. I preferred the old health icons aswell.
