Entering what looks like a small briefing room, the Red Shirt smiles and steps beside the holo projector.
"You are dismissed Ensign"
Looking slightly dejected, he leaves the room.
"I haven’t had the chance to introduce myself to the majority of you yet"
"Welcome aboard. You may call me Fi. Unacceptable names include 'AI, Ship and Fi-chan'."
The projector abruptly turns on, revealing Fi's avatar.
She is portrayed as having short hair and an average frame, instead of being textured like some of the newer AIs, she retains the old fashioned blue glowy data streams.
Never-the-less, she manages to look quite becoming with little to no difficulty.
"I hope your trip was pleasant, and I'm happy to answer any questions you might have, but we must hurry. The Captain has asked me to have you kitted out and on the command deck by 10 minutes ago."
She smiles
"So I'll be brief, grab ONE kit and head over to that lift" she points to the other doorway "I'll meet you up there, K?"
She once again give a cute little smile and a short bow before disappearing. She seemed to speak to the organics differently than she did with the machines, although Jotun and Black 19 are the only ones who noticed. Turning around, the five new arrivals see a table with three different rows of five kits.

Mechanical. Unless too many others take it, then I'll take combat.

I notice there's a sixth spot on the first post, but only five players. Does that mean I could join in? Because this RtD seems pretty sweet.
