You look side to side, trying to make sure nobody saw your little freak incident there, and check on the man.
You approach the side window and to the driver's seat to see that not only did the air bags fail to deploy, but the man driving is slumped onto his steering wheel – and it doesn't look good.
In fact, not only is he covered in blood, but his head has almost done a 180.

You'd all but written him off as a dead man until his eyes opened wide in panic.
Immediately his eyes flash to you and stare in horror. His jaw slowly opens in an agonizing, breathless scream. Realizing that he cannot even utter a single word, this man's eyes slam shut and flood with tears.

But, he... this man... his neck is surely broken.

There's no way he's still alive.
