I have a question, Hyper - as you improve your general ability in a skill, does it also improve the sub-skills? For instance, would someone with 20 points in Psionics and 3 points in Psionic Melee Weapons create stronger Psionic weapons than someone with 5 points in Psionics and 3 in Melee Weapons?

Normally this wouldn't manage so much as a blip on our radar, but... that's just it. All electronic surveillance into the region has failed. Fishy and the Twins enter a medical room. The walls are a sterile looking off-white, and there are a few cabinets around the room with various medical supplies. In the far corner, lying on a cot, is Vadim.
Raphael, Jamal, Charles, and Dane are in the decommissioning room. Vadim and Izen are next door in a Nurse's Office.
