Every time i try to play it gives me this error screen.
I just downloaded the new build so I transferred all of my mods over.
I didn't edit any of the vanilla files.
And I redownloaded 3 times...
Please help me

Give us the error screen, there's a lot of errors that can happen.
Also, it's likely that mods that worked in previous versions may not work in this version, so try moving all your mods, then retrying.

It should be there now.

Try installing it to a location that your account "owns", like the desktop or My Documents. This is likely a permissions error. Also try running the installer as admin, as well as Cortex.
