Help with offsets!

  Help with offsets!So... I was making another gun(Yeah again..
 .), But i cant figure out the Offsets!Whatever i do to them, the actor just grabs it from weird places The barrel, thin air... If Someone would be so kind to fix them, that would save me Hours/days/weeks of work. Attachments:
