Is it possible to make a jeep, tank or walker in this game ?

Its possible. But highly unlikely. Take a look at the dummy vehicle. I don't know how it was done. Most likely a rotating walkpath from hell.

oh sorry ! :D this was the most stupid question that came in my mind that momnet :D
but if really how do you make sprite sizes bigger ( can I just make bigger in the MS Paint or i need change something in the .ini file ?)

First you have to modify the image file itself to be larger. For example make it twice as large.

However, you will also have to go into the .ini code to change the offset settings. Why? because cortex command uses the offsets to figure out the center/gun muzzle/etc.. of the sprite.

Specifically if your doubling the size all you would need to do is double the offset settings for every offset within said object.

However if you're making a new sprite or resizing it by a less than whole number amount, then you must experiment or use the image program to figure out the offsets. [Search offset guide on the forums]
