Subject: The Blue Storm

Incident: 2602 - The Blue Storm
Description: The Blue Storm was a massive maelstrom that formed in central Russia during February of 2026. Unlike traditional windstorms and other weather phenomenon, the outer edge of the Blue Storm was completely opaque and a vibrant blue color, lending to its name. The exact cause of the Blue Storm is as of yet still unknown, but the storm was hundreds of times more damaging to its surroundings than an ordinary wind storm. Everything that came into direct contact with the Storm itself was destroyed by an unknown process within a matter of seconds. After forming, the Storm grew for 6 days and 14 hours before detonating. At time of detonation, the Storm had reached 3 kilometers in diameter and swallowed an evacuated town. Upon detonating, the winds composing the Storm rapidly expanded, sweeping over the Russian countryside inflicting destruction to everything in it's path. The winds quickly spread across most of Northern Asia, completely destroying all of Russia and most of the large population centers north of the Southern Asian coastline. By the time the winds reached Europe and Africa, then had thinned enough to cause damage comparable to that of tornadoes. While the landscape was heavily damaged, it was not eradicated as was in Asia. Australia's mainland was it with an unusually strong burst, causing dust storms and damage to the entire continent. The Americas were the only places truly unaffected, being on the other side of the planet from where the winds were released. Along with the winds, the Blue Storm detonating released massive EMP and radiation bursts from the epicenter. These waves only reached the areas worst affected by the winds, so damage caused by them is minimal. However, mass irradiation makes recolonization of Asia difficult.
After the Blue Storm, remaining government and relief organizations scrambled to assist the damaged European and African countries, while the world economy collapsed from the wholesale removal of Asia from the world market. NovaCorp led these recovery operations, being a chief contributor and leader in relief efforts.

Durendal
   Dwarven forged dagger capable of cutting through any physical substance. Additionally, anything with an
   elemental affinity that touches Durendal has the affinity greatly strengthened, to the point where a
   user of an elemental kinesis would become an elemental of that element.
WolfHunt
   Large blue greatsword with flared end. Upon contact with an energy signature, WolfHunt copies the
   signature and allows the wielder to generate and use that energy. This also has the side effect of
   allowing WolfHunt to cut things that would otherwise be uncuttable, such as fire or lightning.
Cohlichimarde
   A gold colored woven-steel sword, currently in the posession of the Blue Demon. No special effects have
   been noted, but Cohlichimarde has been shown to be capable of cutting through things that a normal sword
   would not even damage. In addition, Cohlichimarde can survive stress that would shatter a normal sword,
   however these properties may simply be thanks to the woven-steel construction.
Kusanagi
   Drains energy from target. Further details unknown.
Gungnir
   [DATA EXPUNGED]
Zerostrung
   A very large woven-steel greatsword. The cutting edge is unremarkable, however the size and composition
   of Zerostrung give it surprising strength. Has been shown to violently disperse energetic fields of
   multiple natures, similar to the substance known as Bluemetal.
Akonisména
   Unknown. Appeared in hands of CrazyMLC near end of [DATA EXPUNGED]
Leo Draconis
   Sword of the gods. A holy blade, seeped in light and forged of song. Holds the power to rend asunder all
   be they good, ungood, or nothing in between. The wielder shall bring glory to their allies and woe to
   their foes.
Keltzinogre
   Dagger of unknown composition and origin. Incredible density and cutting power, yet is no heavier than
   an ordinary steel knife. Current whereabouts are unknown.
Dragon Lance
   Weapon of Agents. Used to combat and seal forces of entropy and destruction. Though only one is known to
   exist, evidence suggests it is a standard weapon among high ranking Agents.

Here ya go, just what the boss ordered. A couple anomalies in the data appeared after I sent it, not sure what that was about, but it's mostly intact. Still have the paper files here too, I'll bring them over when I get a free moment.
