The elbow looks too bendy, and the legs are crooked. And too close together IMO, but he can stand however he wants.

His stance is sorta supposed to be like this, dropped hip with weight shifted to one leg

Probably because you seem to be relying on a tablet as a magic wand that does all the work for you
You can do great art with a ♥♥♥♥ tablet (or a mouse, or a packet of pasta (although admittedly the latter won't be digital art)) if you have talent and you get talent by practicing
