Maybe if civs were split into 'fight' and 'flight archetypes, so only certain characters would run and some would attack, methinks.

personally i want the ability to Threaten and extore money from Civi's and start your own gangs.

as well as take over the role as Jarl, or create your own Faction etc.

I would love to take over as Jarl.
But only in Falkreach, because the Jarl there is an ♥♥♥hole.

I already assumed Bethesda is lazy, but worry not, complex and dynamic organizations would be modded.

I'm the only who terribly hates the existence of inmortal-NPCs ? I can't decapitate every character which
its about to die, lie down a bit into the ground and rise as new, as they say "just a scratch"... really?

Don't worry, I used to be dead, but took this arrow to the head.
Just a fleshwound.

Edit; Story time:

Gather round children. Uncle Trystan has a story to share.
I was walking through the quaint province of skyrim with my faithful companion, Lydia. What a sweet young thing that one is, I might be marrying Her if I can locate the Amulet of Mara. Rather simple. Anyways, we came across a mine. We decided to venture onwards, Lydia proceeded to ask to stay within the safety of the outer part of the mine, we briefly exchanged our pleasentries and I preceeded inwards.
Inside this peculier cave, were two bandits, one of whom I shot with my bow whilst crouching, what fun that was. The other pursued me but my Sword made quick work of his head. I ventured forth, severel bandits met the sleek iron edge of my sword. One archer tasted my iron arrows. Quite literally, a quick headshot meant short work of this fellow. His body lay to ruins of the bridge on which he was perched. I was severely hoping for a large loot but unfortunately did not find anything that was worthwhile.
Onwords I swept, towards what I hoped was the last, large treasure room. I spotted a short passage to which I proceeded to travel on. It had numerous turns and traps. As I approached what I deemed to be the room, an opening was spotted. It was the exit to the mine.
I deemed myself a goner and emotionally swept up my bitter findings and left the mine, only stopping to mine two ore veins I spotted on the way out.
Sometimes you win in Skyrim, Sometimes you lose. This could be counted as either or.

LordVonKain, reading your post makes me believe you absolutely didn't understand me at all.

I am not saying Bethesda should hire a lot more voice actors. I can easily deal with most having the same voice. I don't expect them to hire one voice actor for every single npc in the game. It'd be ludicrous to manage such a thing, not to mention the cost. I am not insane. Give me some credit.

What I meant was that a lot of npcs use the same lines, they say the same things. This was absolutely unnecessary since it would have been just as easy to have voice actors say:
Voice actor Joe: Hi, friend! Come to see what I have behind the counter?
Voice actor Mary: Feel free to browse. But no touching anything.
Voice actor Vinnie: All items come with a 2 day warrantee.
Voice actor Bob: You won't see better prices anywhere!
Voice actor Elmo: Some may call this junk, I call these treasures.

Instead of:
Voice actor Joe: Some may call this junk, I call these treasures.
Voice actor Mary: Some may call this junk, I call these treasures.
Voice actor Vinnie: Some may call this junk, I call these treasures.
Voice actor Bob: Some may call this junk, I call these treasures.
Voice actor Elmo: Some may call this junk, I call these treasures.

The voice actors were already hired. They were behind their mikes ready to read up the lines on paper.
So why make them all say the same things? Bring some variation into it.

At least the random people talking to you as you pass by is already fixable through a mod, so that won't be an immersion breaker anymore. :)
I used to write diverse lines like other writers, then I took an arrow to the knee.

That'd be so awesome. Same with quest items. Threw away something that looked important? Tough. Quest insta-fail. Better luck next time.

The two Ultima 7 games are still the best roleplaying game ever made in my opinion. You could slaughter an important person or drop an important looking item somewhere and forgot where you left it and you would never be able to finish the games thereafter.
Those games weren't unfair though. You just had to use your brain, like you would in real life.
I can't remember much from Morrowind, but even drug addicted monkeys can finish Oblivion or Skyrim.

I used to be a simple town guard with an arrow in the knee, but then I got famous all over the internet.
Gawd, it seems like the whole goddamn internet is making jokes about it. And thus another meme has been born.

"Every guard used to be like me, but then they took an arrow in the knee."

I hope the hype will die out soon.

Edit: Although this one's funny:

Like most NPCs would survive the 193 damage! :P

Also the general store/used goods vendors each have multiple lines, it's just you hear the 'I call them treasures' one much more often. No idea why.

If voice-acting was easy, a lot more mods would have it. That's all I'm going to say on that one.

Mods don't have voice acting because finding decent actors and coordinating them together with a small team is time-consuming and expensive. For a large company like Bethesda, they have the budget to afford some more voice acting. In fact, if they've already found actors to say the lines, which is the hard part, adding two or three more lines isn't really that huge a feat. I'm sure there are reasons that they don't have more lines, but I don't think the difficulty of recording them is one of them.

Oh wow. I thought she was just going to hum the dragontongue section, but she actually sung it. That was pretty badass.

I really didn't expect such amount of jokes about "taking one arrow in the knee" phrase,
everytime I collide with guards always say something different to me;
- Is that fur... coming out your ears?
- For talos, take a bath, you smell like a wet dog.
- Is that azura's star?... but how can it be possible?
- Lider of companions, Its an honour have your presence around.
- There's some stuff happening "over-here-and-over-there" [map updated]
- There's a wave of murder victims around "place-where-I've-been", do you know something?
- My cousin its hunting dragons outside and what do I get? Guard duty...
- Wait, I know you...

I don't have any complains about guards, they're well done, always updated and almost never corrupt.
But wherever I go: Some may call this junk, me, I call them treasures! Ò_Ó Just... stop.
