I severely doubt this is possible and I have zero modding experience, but is there a way to make, like, an area-of-effect time changer? Where there would be a bubble of slow motion, fast motion, etc.?

Sadly, no. With this, it's everything or nothing at all.

It´s not in the Known Bugs section and I didn´t saw it as I was reading the thread so I´ll say it:

After pressing F again to turn Bullet Time off, the game is sometimes, 2 times faster than usually.
but I think I pressed F like 2 times.

Playing with the mod is really funny and I could do it for hours.

I'm currently getting a bug where if I'm using a character with the watch equipped, and said character dies(a common occurrence) the entire game freezes, and I have to force quit CC.

No problems with the brain though.

Hmm, those are both new bugs. To be honest, I haven't looked at the code for this thing in a long time, and I probably won't have much time to fix them, but thanks for reporting them anyway.

Sorry for not replying right away. To answer your question, yes. When I press F, nothing happens. Does this only work with vanilla actors? I was trying with actors from the Unitec mod. Also, I was using the slo-mo brains, and not the watch. Is that the problem?

Are you wearing the watch/using either of the Slo-Mo brains?

I tried reinstalling the mod, and that fixed it. I wonder what it was before 0.o

Okay, so this mod seems to have more or less screwed over my game by making everything slow motion, no matter what I do, and I can't find a way to fix it. I've tried reinstalling the game and putting the mods back in, but that didn't work. I've also tried removing all of the CC files from my computer and reinstalling with no mods, but the game continues to be in slow-mo. Any ideas?

i know how delete bug maybe you will add than smooth slow motion is throwed you will change speed of game to normal. Good idea?
