Using the pie menu (maybe?), it can switch fire modes. It can fire just plain poison needles, or fire a massive spray of the poison itself. Think of it like the NailerCannon turned with a flamethrower attachment.

Ammo swapping is trivial - the harder part (relatively speaking) will be the special toxic/acidic/etc. rounds.

Which rifle would this be?
Looks like the Kralas SAR or Reptilicus SIR.
Oh, and it's very nice. Excellent use of shading and colors.

The Sar-11 of the Kralas empire, of course, you can do whatever you want, resprite it, or discard it... its yours.

I honestly see no problem with it. It looks just how the Sar-11 looks. I'll be sure to pop it into a test folder and see if I can get the animations to check out.

Eh, it could be done, in fact, feel free to nab some Cordyc scripts, they're kinda easy to turn into a simple poison thingy. Actually, take the spike shot script in Cordyc, remove the part where it moves things backwards and converts them into more cordyc, and you get a simple poison dart. It even sticks!

There's also one acidic script in my very old metal slug mod if I recall correctly, I think it was done by geti... geti or shook?... geti!

I also think that the EAF virus pistol poison code will help out.
The acid script could also get some help from the Expanded Dummies' acid cannon/grenade.

Pardon this Double Post, pleaseI doodled even more random things that I may not want put in. Ok, maybe the O.D.W.D.S.  And I also doodled some random guns and whatnot.  A stick mag would be the magazine of the P90. Or maybe Bizon...No, P90.

Alrighty, first weapon has been completed thanks to Naxete's SAR 11 sprite and the help of Gotcha for pointing out a simple mistake.
All completed weapons will be put into a test folder titled "TestWeapons.rte". Until we start on actors, the majority of the mod will be focused around faction weapons.
The SAR has been changed around a bit. It now has a moderate fire rate, good accuracy and damage (A bit unbalnaced, I know, but it will be changed later).
There are some errors with offsets that need to be redone as well.
The rest of the weapons will be done once SnowMonster gets his sprites in. Especially the Venom Rifle.

I'll just need to edit some of the coding to make it more of a spray and able to chew through concrete. The code will work well for the Venom Rifle and MALR acid rounds. Thank you, Chairman.
