I share that feeling, everybody its so bloody annoying, speaking always about
the same damn thing which I've heard 500 times that very day :x

If they really dare to call it "artificial intelligence", they really should consider to
make the lousy chitchat appear 1/5 times or at least add 4 or 5 different conversations
to NPCs which player most frequently see, that way I wouldn't run away every time
someone speaks, in fable 3 was very stimulating to speak with NPCs...

Btw, if anyone its tracking down mods, would you be so kind to let me know when
levitation mod its created? I can't conceive they didn't make a climbing system...
(one which isn't based in jump + walk to the sides + repeat)

I used to be an adventurer like you once. Then I took a mudcrab to the knee.

A gaurd could get nervous, with a man approaching with his mudcrab drawn...

Err, Naxx... Lollygagging means to basically do nothing. Hanging around. Being idle. Lazying around on the street. O_o

Well, I finally chose a side in the civil war and while both sides are awful, I am positive I chose the better one.

If anyone found a 340th location, let me know.

i was kinda meaning how everyone is so full of themselves thinking they can take everyone on

the same line over and over doesn't really effect me to be honest.... It's a Bethesda game and it may have load of voice actor but a line cost a fair amount of money i believe,
However it would be interesting if it didn't have one voice actor per age per race etc.

Then you would think pretty often you've already heard that voice before,
do you know the titanic amount of gold coins they've produced with skyrim?
they can't afford 1 or 2 lines more per NPC? they spit in the face of hardcore
players but really know how to reach casual players and that is worth a fortune.

Do remember time is also a factor.
and do bear in mind the size of the game, i mean it's a new generation game
yet it's only 6 gigs.

I fully agree with Naxx. A great example is how they used different voice actors to say one specific line, like:
"Some may call this junk, I call them treasures!"
It's like all shopkeepers in Skyrim went to their annual meeting to talk about which lines they would use when talking to customers.
It would have been easy to come up with some more lines and have every voice actor say different ones. That way every shopkeeper would have been unique instead of the automaton that he/she is now.

The way people talk to you as you walk by is very ridiculous as well. They keep telling you the same stuff, like they all have alzheimer or something. Very immersion breaking. Like that girl in Whiterun that is running around, telling me she sells food and stuff, hard work but fun! Okay, stupid girl, that's only the 9204th time you told me that! ♥♥♥♥ off already!

Not saying I dislike the game. On the contrary. Skyrim is a very nice game, just like the games Bethesda made before this one. But Bethesda will never ever create a great game, both due to their lack in ability to create a world where people could immerse themselves in and their continuous epic failures when it comes to actually testing/playing through their game a couple of times to do some major bug hunting.

Yes, I know they could never address every bug before release, but the amount of bugs that are in their games is astounding and most could have been easily spotted/fixed just by doing a playthrough or two.

Sidenote: Euh, new generation game? What does that mean? :???: They say they used an entirely new engine for this game, but it looks like a polished/modified Gamebryo-like engine to me. Even so, compared to Oblivion/Fallout 3 the game isn't that renewing, in my ever humble opinion. :)

I think you are really underestimating the amount of time and money it takes to hire voice actors and write their lines (and code in the lines, and allocate storage space) compared to the number of NPCs in the game
