   |   Re: The Elder Scrolls V: SkyrimAlright, thanks guys. Lucem wrote: madmax wrote: My friend says the vid card needs to go first, what do you guys think?I would agree with your friend, madmax. Your processor doesn't seem THAT outdated, though your card is a bit lacking. How much money do exactly have to spend on a graphics card? If it's around 200, I would suggest a Nvidia GTX 560, or the superior 560ti. Around 130-ish would get you a GTX 550ti. I wouldn't recommend spending any less on this piece of hardware, but spend according to your budget, I suppose.I have about 120$ to spend, my friend has suggested an Nvidia GT 260 as it is right in my price range and is the recommended card on the Skyrim specs.

   |   Re: The Elder Scrolls V: SkyrimI went with the rebels straight off the bat. The empire was a rotting nation long before the rebellion began.

It's the only reason why I hold on to this 'gift' from Hircine. I find Werewolf form to be extremely useful in some cases. The running power attack knocks over everything but dragons and giants, and the sprinting power attack knocks over giants, too. It's very easy to just keep enemies thrown onto the ground and then pummel them before they even get a hit in. Not being able to revert to human form at will is a little annoying, though. It's also very useful for pretty much any quest that requires you to commit murder, as you can go in in Wolf form, kill the target, and run out, accruing no bounty. The howl is really useful, too, as it causes close to everyone to crap their pants and run in fear. There's additional howls to unlock as well, but I haven't gotten any of those.

   |   Re: The Elder Scrolls V: SkyrimI hate thalmor, so much, each time I see one I'm used to kill them in the most repugnantand bloody way... forget about dragons or repetitive chats, thalmor are the only plague in skyrim.

In my Orc character, I've picked up empire and finished the military campaign, didn't liked.
In my Draconian character, I've joined to stormcloaks and enjoyed every drop of blood.

Stormcloaks doesn't look so corrupt and evil to me, perhaps they're naive and intolerant,
but they fight for morals, nordic rights and the existence & power of Talos.
