Good plan mart33n. That sounds like a winning idea. How about we remove all the individual sergeants, give them one brain unit and have certain 'branches' of the IG be specialized soldiers. If we ever get the tarantula done it could be a special droppable item carried by DkOk.

the weird thing about the Karshkin, is the fact that they're basicly Stormtroopers, which are units for the inquistion. That and they're Elite units compared to the guardsmen which are troops itself. what we could do is remove the Karshkin untill we done the inquistion or at least Re-named them to Stormtroopers and have them as basic units for the Grey Knights.

Now i yet to use them fully but in they should be roughly way more stronger than guardsmen in terms of how many hit they can take but less than space marines.

And as Maart3n said between the three Guardmen faction there should be somthing different between them again like he suggested, the Elysian drop troops should have jetpacks and more Assault type weapons (since that the role they take) while the Death korp takes more Defencesive approch to things, Meaning they have tougher armor and more Armor piecing lasguns (do remember the Models/ Version of the lasguns each IG army uses are different to suit their needs, So Death korp will have slow Rifle fireing lasguns but deal more punch and armor piecing while Elyisan has more of a automatic weaker Lasshots. but more rounds.)


Speaking of cleaning things up i honestly believe that space marines should had stronger armor or at least able to soak up more firepower than they do. Just a slight more since i have a couple of mods and most of them can easily kill off a space marine yet they cost at least half of what a marine cost.

also about the saber weapon platforms, They will be big Considering they're meant to be defences and not inside bunkers but on the outside. (mainly the roofs)

Hey guys, I hope you don't mind but im fiddling with whomever made the Chaos guards sprites and doing some of Glowsticks' Krieg guys over again. Seeing as they are pretty meh looking.

Lordvonkain, its like you switch between grammar stage and "i dont give a ♥♥♥♥" mode while typing :P

i'd like to apologise for my lack of doing sprites, my own idea for a army popped in and i spent a lot of my time deciding how to design most of the stuff, As well as the fact i got a meeting tomorrow so i'll doubt i do much but after tomorrow i'll be spriting and doing a lot of stuff so hopefully expect a few to see a few sprites from me.

First post updated a bit. Guess I'll go mess with those Korps leg offsets some more.

Leg offsets are now tolerable. Mostly. Will probably release R3 soon.

Not too shabby. I wouldn't mind seeing the Lascannon look less like just an enlarged lasrifle, and I feel like the Korps could have some more detail to them. the colors seem pretty flat right now.

I must say I like how the lasweapons inflict wounds now, making a radial burst of energy instead of some super-sharp particles that cut through everything in a straight line.

I am a lot worse at spriting using Gimp than i thought. I guess i wont be redoing all of the Krieg that i wanted to do ( Make shoulder pads smaller, mess with the gasmasks.)

can i ask how does the Lascannon look like a larger Lasgun
to me it look like a Lascannon, Just without the backpack and the wiring Which was a previous lascannon looks, (2nd or 3rd Edition lascannon that is.)

i honestly don't see the Krieg guards needing anymore work, But that's me i'm more of a if it does it job don't bother fixing it.

Again another apologise for the lack of material from me, the job related meetings will be happening more and i gotta be ready for them. i'll treat you warhammer fans this weekend with a few goodies of your choice (assuming nothing drama related happens in my life)

The lasers are really annoying when they're fired close to something and end up reflecting towards you and taking a chunk out of your leg or face.
