It isn't I don't think. You could get the old one locked and start a new one under your name if someone stole your stuff or something, I'm sure.

I could say it is in a "collaboration of a lot of modders I've never seen posting anything until they saw a W40K mod in the Mod Releases forum, adding content how they please" state.

But for me it's stolen.

You can start a new thread by a new author and then move all of the old posts from the old thread into the old one. Obviously requires the mod team to do so

I can tell you don't really understand how forums work
Some architectures give you this feature but it is extremely rare, I am pretty certain this one does not
Also almost nobody has database access and the people that do are unlikely to bother going into it for such a trivial detail
