The best opinion I've heard of actors was one of Major, who said that we should be able to make them adding as much arms/legs/attachables in general we wanted as if it was a Lego. It would be great to put AddActor = Arm four times in an actor and wield four uzis or four shields, or have an actor moving smoothly in most terrains with three legs but keeping the AHuman caracteristic of having useable arms, or creating ACrabs with 6, 8 or 12 legs (Still, coding the walkpaths would be ♥♥♥♥ HELL).

I always thought of them as being toddler sized, because it's cheaper to make them and they have a lower center of gravity, and who cares how short your legs are when you have a jetpack.  It'd explain why they all suck at walking, wouldn't it?
