Yes. That map.

The other version was bigger. It featured a top down perspective aswell, but I can't find that one.

UPDATE!

Hope lives for map-makers and tile-crafters!

Thanks to the denizens of the Bay12 forums (actually just one) I have found a tool that does some pretty awesome stuff!

If you hate making maps on MSPaint, and you like tile-based OR non-tile-based stuff, the MapTool the program for you. I've started using it, and after some experimentation, it's simple, and easy. It also supports unlimited zooming ability (so you can make gigantic worlds maps) and implementation of your own images!
It also has a bunch of stuff that actually lets you RP with the map, setting hp values on your characters and tons of complicated things like that, but I'm only using for mapping.

Don't bother with looking for any tutorials, though. I couldn't find any, and it's easier to just figure it out yourself.

That's one of the sprites I'll be putting in my map. If it looks like Dwarf Fortress, that's because it is. (No, I didn't copy it, I simply liked the pixel-y style and it ended up being pretty much exactly the same (No, I'm not kidding. I did this without looking at DF sprites)).

You try to keep your cool as you alter time, but dark thoughts of infection and pus and nasty things enter your mind. You can't help but picture a body, limbs rotting away long after death...

Your right arm feels kinda limp. You look at it.

It's decaying.

By the way, it's "Repeat x1" since you're repeating it once.

You try again, and this time, a ball of literally "massive" amounts of power coalesces around your fist. It's so unstable, you can hardly control it. You're guessing that you'll lose it if you don't discharge the thing quickly.




CaveCricket (Raphael) (2)

You try to remember yourself when you didn't have this aching thing in your side, but you fail. In fact, trying to summon up your abilities seems to have made it worse!

Demon arm incoming. (8 v. 12) You manage to get away from it.



Tokochiro (Johni) (10 - 1 = 9)

You summon up a bunch of minions as distractions. They run forward and are immediately throw every which-way by the flailing demon.

"Oof. That must've hurt."

Then you realize that you're standing in the middle of the battle as well. (8 v. 6) You get hit in the stomach by a finger and go flying backwards. A FINGER DID THAT.

Damn good thing you didn't get hit by the full force of his hand.

You also sense that your clones are starting to get annoyed with all these orders.

Uh, yeah. I was an idiot and I didn't delete your "Sleeping" status effect.
You were actually awake.

So, I'm just going to delete it now and not penalize you for this round.
