Windows 7 already contains a version of MS Paint, press Start and then you will find it in Accessories.

Have you ever tried to Sprite with that Program? and i wouldn't really call it a copy of MS Paint.

Yes, it's identical in function to all previous versions so I don't know what problems you would encounter using it for spriting.

MSPaint already runs on Windows 7 and is included with the operating system, what else do you need?

MSPaint that works on a Windows 7 system comes with the operating system and you already have it.
What you were asking for was an old version of MSPaint.

Considering the standard of your posts and previous content I felt it was safest to make no assumptions about your intelligence and just assume you couldn't find the program you already had on your computer.
Until you learn how to type correctly I cannot make any assumptions at all about what you are saying and will have to just assume that you are typing exactly what you want to say.
