So, with the two part episode about Discords defeat done. I have to say, they did it again. Discord was a really cool villain. Discord being voiced by the guy that played Q is also a really cool reference in itself. Small references to the online fan following also contribute to the awesome.

The second episode really succeeded in making me warm inside when Twillight reunderstood friendship, which is something that rarely happens doing emotional moments in cinema for me. The humor is still fresh and the characters are still likeable. I am going to follow season 2 till the end, even if Lauren Faust no longer leads the show. That's for sure.

Also these two paragraphs are kinda disjointed. Sorry about that.

Dude the second season has been out for a week. If you didn't notice any resurgence since last Saturday then you won't notice it now.

In other news I wish they would have a solid villain for a season instead of a 2 episode "Hurp I'm a badguy, hurp wreck some ♥♥♥♥, hurp get ass beaten in second episode."

Apparently, I biked a total of 4.8 miles last night.

Sure, that would add some coherence to the show. However, I think the show would lose some of its charm if there was some ultimate goal. The small self contained episodes with a moral, some humor and a bit of character development is pretty cool in my opinion. A few multi episode stories would be pretty cool in my opinion though.

Ah, those damn ponies are back? Now I have to watch them! Goddammit p3l.

Last night, Watsky was at the university so I went to the show with a few people. Didn't think I'd enjoy it, but while the rapping was meh (at least in part due to the fact that I could hardly understand him talking that fast), the poetry was pretty enjoyable and he told some hilarious stories. Then while he crowd-surfed I had the privilege to touch his ass, and later had the honor of hugging him and rubbing my face on his. It was magical.

I just watched MLP:FiM season 2 episode 2.
And oh god it's so damn awesome.
