So here's my progress: Original screenshot Latest screenshot The 'game' is displayed at 3x size, so that's actually what you see. Thoughts, criticisms? EDIT: I just updated the latest image, fixing some contrast issues.

YoBro, that's looking pretty good. One thing I may suggest, though, is to make the grass a little less..uh, cluttered. It's kind of really tall and noisy. Also some sort of dirt or something instead of blackness would be nice.

Non- its a google images ghuillie suit with some GIMP'd on office wear, because i'm broke and can't draw very well. I used a Posterize filter with really high contrast settings and stuff.
Miggles- that's part of the charm. I was going for a backlit-by-explosions kind of thing or something similar. My bad.
