I learned that my forearm is about as long as my torso is wide (not including shoulders).

Here's some thing cool. Put your forearm...
...next to your foot.

Re: What have you learned today?
Supposedly your foot is as long from the tip of your biggest toe to the back of your heel as your forearm. Or, in terms of average proportion, it should be.

The official "how to deal with cougars" technique works like a charm against huge drunk kids.

Today I learned that if I lose my medical license in the future, I will become a missionary in the Amazon and help keep them in good health and provide an educational system with the help of a person who can translate. [/notajoke]

Re: What have you learned today?
It is absolutely unreasonable to pay and see some movies in theatres because they suck bigtime even if they feature giant robots from your childhood fighting.
Trust your suckiness sense.

DAME777 wrote: A good ass kicking can set ♥♥♥♥♥es straight.(long story) I just noticed this, but I'd like to take this moment right here and point out that (long story) makes it just so, so painfully obvious to everyone who speaks English as AT LEAST a third language, and with an IQ even marginally higher than a stuffed pigeon, that you want us to ask about this long story. You're dropping hints about as subtle as depth charges. Which means you want to tell us this really long and terribly written, formatted, and formed lie about how you beat up 20 dudes with baseball bats using only your bare knuckles and a few well placed roundhouse kicks. If anyone had actually asked you to tell the story, I would probably have cried and given up on humanity.
