it was a really satisfying feature and now that the AI is a little more competent i'd love to see how i fair against the computer.



why was it removed in the first place?

I believe it was removed to make space on the HUD.
I'm also pretty sure there is at least one mod that mimics the behavior of the K/D counter.

I loved the kill/death counter. I used to play skirmish and see how many kills i could get before i died using just one actor.

if anything i would like one with a little more info on it, it could show how many crafts were destroyed.
maybe have it give a summery at the end of the level, that would solve any hud space issues.

Yeah, I used to do that too.
That is, I did until I started regularly stopping after 7+ hours without the end in sight...

it like takes half the fun out of the game for me.


i guess i'll request something in the LUA forum. i don't see why they'd remove it to make room, it only took up an itty bitty bit of space
