Re: The Lounge So my dad just finished his first full Ironman in 12:39:40. For those who don't know; an Ironman is a 3.8 km swim, followed by a 180 km bike, and finally a Marathon (42 km). Jesus, I don't know whether I could do any of those by themselves, let alone after one another.
