 Issues with B25! Need Help!

Post Issues with B25! Need Help!
I just recently got Build 25 excited to try it out but when I get to the main menu, my mouse cursor moves down automatically. I restart Cortex Command but it still happens. I even uninstalled and reinstalled Cortex Command but it doesn't help either. Is this my fault or is it a bug?

I had this problem in B24. I sometimes fixed it by directly clicking on the window behind CC (provided you don't run it full-screen) and then Alt+Tab-ing back into the window.
