Hey guys. My emailaccount was lost due to isp-change. they didnt thought it was usefull to tell me that the account was linked to a membership to their company. ***holes. now i cannot change my emailadress and cant get the key again. What to do? I already wrote Wizard James. I know the indies need every help they can get and its worth to buy the game (this is why i actually did it,...) but if i cant get my email changed (this is a simple task, come on) and have to buy this again, this drastically changes my opinion about the whole thing. i really want to play what i have paid for. Im not one of those "data isnt doing enouth"-guys or those "hes ignoring our gamer-needs"-guys. Im just waiting silently for the next build, play it and having lots of god damn fun. and now i ONLY NEED MY EMAIL RESETTED and this is to much?

i hope there will be a good ending of this. I love this game!

I'm sure your email can be changed, however you want to contact Scancode rather than Wizard James. Scancode is at [support licensing.datarealms.com], where the is an @.

i wrote to licensing several times and never got an answer. im a litte angry by now. i even gave em my transaction code from paypal, but nothing... i really dont see how i can influence this anymore. if they want me to pay double, this is ♥♥♥♥. really. i dont think im asking for much by changing the email but it seems like that. like i said, i identified myself with the code wich is pretty secret, but still...

what to think about this? fist mail to licensing was months ago, newest one today. im writing again and again.
