Re: The Lounge
Reading a bible isn't particularly useful. I don't want to go on a rant about it, and I'm not slamming on religions, but if you think about it reading a book doesn't really accomplish anything unless it's your text book. However you did also seem to imply that slaying zombies in a game is equal in terms of usefulness so you could be joking for all I know.

This reminds me of Eraserhead.

If you read that to the rhythm of Still Alive it makes a lot more sense. IMO Want You Gone is better, but that's just me. What do YOU guys think?

Re: The Lounge
I think that I have to read some 1190 pages more to finish Les Misérables. It's too late to read more, so tomorrow I'll read about 350 pages, on monday some other 350 and finish the rest in tuesday.

Re: The Lounge
♥♥♥♥' Eraserhead, watched it a while ago and it was the worst movie ever. Like, boring as ♥♥♥♥ and what little plot there was was lame.
So how about that soul-crushing depression?

Honestly, I don't think the point of the movie was to have an exciting plot. Mainly, it seems to be trying to capture the feeling of a nightmare in film form, which it does really well. I can't think of any other movie that felt more like a hallucination than that one. Obviously it's not the kind of movie that everyone enjoys, but I don't think that makes it the worst movie ever.

Reading a story book, as apposed to a book made for educational purposes is significantly less mind helping than reading an educational book. While fun, it only really serves as entertainment unless the book has a large variety of funfacts or something. :I

Re: The Lounge
If you're reading a bible and you're not religious, I'd basically just recommend you read Psalms, Songs and the first bit of Genesis and appreciate it as poetry. Apart from that it's not going to be terribly interesting.

I was debating on how useful reading a story book is, and the bible happened to be my current example. Did you HONESTLY think I would try to bring up such a stupid debate, being the huge advocate of anti-discrimination that I am; and all over the discussion of how healthy reading is? Honestly. Give me one good example of my completely obvious hate of all walks of faith.
