Post Re: The Lounge
Here's the thing with join dates: It's not how long someone has been here, it's what the length of their stay implies. If someone has been active for years on end, chances are they're relatively liked or contribute or do something that lets them occupy a niche on DRLFF. You know that they're probably pretty cool bros, because all of the idiots who failed to fit in with everyone else were chased out via an angry mob armed with torches and pitchforks a long time ago. A new member can be totally awesome, but you never really know, and even if they are awesome, they can't really fit in buddy-buddy with everyone else based on the merit of their awesomeness- it takes time to get to know and be chill with (or at least tolerant of) the majority of the active fanbase.

I like it, suck at reaper you do not sir.

I base my judgement of members on a mixture of attitude and contributions, and sometimes post quality.

I just see myself as that one dude who is just a casual guy and just casually posts casually.
Thank god this isn't /v/, because just the word casual would cause so many shitstorms. Probably all of the shitstorms.
Anyways I'm just a laid back broski who likes to talk.

That's /v/ for you.
I don't really like 4chan in general BUT LETS NOT GET INTO THAT.

So, everyone. How has your day been?

EDIT: I can't remember if I said, but my Mum is out of the hospital! This is actually awful news because she still can't walk, cook, or really do anything to help herself because the doctors kicked her out.
They never told us why she had to leave, but it's probably just because they're dumb.

Pretty good. Had to wander around a northeastern city for an hour looking for a church to answer three questions the pastor had about computers (that I could have answered over the phone). Other than that, I can't complain.

My day pretty much was this: wake up, do nothing, watch TV, go on computer, get high, go for bike ride, go on computer, watch TV and eat, go on computer. And here I am now.

Post Re: The Lounge
Today I woke up hella early so I could come home to help me mum, and the first thing I do when I get home is doze off.
It was all ok though, her family came to help her and they bought some groceries and meds. Other than that I did enjoy myself a pizza earlier, which for no apparent reason my mother was concerned about me making. 'oh if you burn yourself i can't get up so i cant help you'. What I don't understand however is how my mother could even help me if I burned myself, regardless of whether or not she's crippled. Dialing 911 isn't hard even with burnt hands. I know this from experience.

That was my day in a nutshell.
a very badly developed nutshell, but hey who cares right

I just realized that I jump around topics like a frog made of literacy.

Also my hair looks the same always no matter what. One thing though, I have a natural white patch of hair on my head due to lack of pigment or something. Anyways the doctor says I'll have completely white hair by the time I finish school. Supposedly.

Uh
it's only like a patch of hair at the top
unless you really feel like making me a weird hat that only exposes 30% of my hair, then sure whatever.

I have a scar on the back of my head. It's not too big, but in all that area hair doesn't grow, so usually you can see pale circle which contrasts a lot with my hair.
