Yeah, but I much prefer the Scattergun. My Scout loadout is Scattergun + Pistol + Atomizer, and it works really well. Unfortunately, Scout is the only class I can play competently (other than Sniper, but that class doesn't count because I have like maybe 50 hours with him).

Almost 80 hours of sniper = almost 1/4 of my entire playtime.
Despite this my favorite class is probably Soldier or Medic.

My damn brother went on an achievement server and so the Heavy had like 250+ kills in one life while the Medic's most healing was in the hundred thousands, so I had to reset my stats and I have no idea the actual playtimes.

Honestly stats don't really matter bro.
Nobody cares if you went on an achievement server, because if they did valve would ban you and the servers wouldn't be public.

I care about stats - I like knowing when I outperformed myself. Although now my most kills as Scout is a woefully-low 24...

I don't care about stats because I know I'm damn good.

I cleaned enough space in my hard drive to download this game so, in two more hours aprox. I'll be playing.

Any tips/explanations for a newbie?

Soldier is OP, Heavy is OP, Scout is OP, Spy is OP, Sniper is OP, Pyro is OP, Demoman is OP, Medic is OP, Engineer is OP.

You should start out as Heavy or Soldier.
You could also play as Demoman.

Those 3 classes aren't so punishing to new players.

You should really not start out as Spy, Spy requires knowledge of all classes, where they usually go, what they would do, and maps to actually be successful.

And for gods sake, if the team already have 3 Snipers, please choose another class.

Scout is easy as long as you got aim, and make use of your dodging.

Honestly I think hes very OP in Arena mode tho.

Well, if my computer doesn't lag badly then probably I will have relatively good aim.
