   |   Re: HallucinationsI don't recall where I heard this, but I believe there were some experiments done in which ice was pressed against somebody's arm. They were told it was a red-hot brand, and it left a mark as if it was a burn. Not sure if it left a permanent scar, though.

   |   Re: HallucinationsYeah, probably a combination of money, volunteers and not actually knowing what you're in for. Of course, the latter is a bit of a ♥♥♥♥ move, but not unheard of, and generally not a problem as long as nobody is harmed (and adequate compensation is acquired).
Anyways, i only recall hallucinating once, and that was because i was literally falling asleep. We were driving around on some narrow roads in the Scottish highland, and i was getting amazingly sleepy. Through my squinted eyes i suddenly saw A HUGE DINOSAUR. Then i open my eyes fully and see that it's a tree. Not long after, CAMOUFLAGED COMMANDO DUDE oh wait it's a bush. Then i either fell asleep or woke up entirely. Trippy stuff.

Basically it's this complex game. It's like TF2. Infact, it's basically TF2 with some new stuff.
First of all, it's a virtual reality. You play as yourself. The thing is though, when you die, YOU FEEL THE PAIN IN REAL LIFE.
Also there are some extremely terrifying monster like things in the attacking spawn, because right behind the tower you spawn in there is a cloning vat, with HUGE ♥♥♥♥ MONSTERS. Seriously, the ROOM SMELLED LIKE PISS WHEN I WOKE UP.
There are these things called drones, which come in 3 varieties.
#1 = Normal drone, any kind of shield will block it
#2 = Elemental drone, only the specific shield that matches it's element will block it
#3 = Organic drones. HOLY ♥♥♥♥ THESE ARE SCARY. What they are: They are the HORRIFYING CREATURES in the clone vats. No shield blocks it. THEY DO NOT DIE. YOU CAN NOT KILL THEM. THEY WILL KILL YOU.

 How drones work:
They basically just kill the first person to exit spawn after their appearance. Once they kill that person they leave.

There's some other stuff too but I forgot what it was.
I would draw pictures of my dream but I A) don't have a tablet and B) don't have a scanner. And I can't draw with a mouse, so yeah. Just know that it didn't look like the jolly ol' colorful TF2 we know and love.
It was a robotic hell. Everything was made of worn metal and rusted bars. Vertically the place was very big in that aspect, however the ground layer was about 5640x5640 feet I would assume.

SO ANYONE WANNA PLAY THIS GAME WITH ME?

   |   Re: HallucinationsBecause people have been talking about dreams here. And dreams are like hallucinations that you see when you is asleepin.

Hangs him up upside down by his feet, while cooking a steak and rubbing a popsicle on the guy's back, after showing him an acetylene torch. It was a pretty silly scene, actually.
