Post Re: Hallucinations
To my knowledge, I have seen 2 hallucinations.
1. I was about 6 or 7, and I swear I saw the grim reaper walk through my room. Look at me, turn his head toward my window like he heard something, then run toward my window. Then he disapeared. It scared the ♥♥♥♥ out of me. I don't think I slept the rest of that night. Oh, and I could smell it. It smelled sickly sweet, like fruit fermenting.

2. from when I was 6-10 whenever I got out of the shower, I would look in the mirror in my bathroom and see a man with no face wearing a business suit and a top hat standing in the corner of the room. strangely, I never felt threatened by the guy, like he was neutral. It's hard to explain. Of course whenever I looked into the corner itself he was not there.

Also, oftentimes when I am falling asleep, I feel like somebody is watching me over my shoulder. The hairs on my neck stand up, and my back starts to arch. It usually goes away after a while. I don't think that is a hallucination, though. Another strange thing that happens around falling into sleep is the smell of albuteral (I think I spelled that right). When I was, once again, 6-8 or 9, I used a nebulizer with albuteral for asthma. I can smell it, just as I lapse into sleep.

I'm half convinced that an evil presence lives in my bedroom.
And I swear that i have premonitions

but what do you think people. Are there such things as ghosts or whatever, or do our brains just get ♥♥♥♥ up sometimes.

After a long enough time without sleep, your perception of shade can be warped, giving the illusion that there are shadow ghosts. With the assistance of psychadelic drugs, and things like DXM, you'll definitely be seeing some freaky ♥♥♥♥.

I know for a fact that I can see the future in my dreams. Almost every night I will have a dream of something that happens the following day, and it's never anything actually important. Things like eating, what's on TV, or a specific conversation are all among the list.

DPH can give you some pretty ♥♥♥♥ up hallucinations. I was constantly seeing people and bright lights, despite the fact that it was 3:30 in the morning, and I wasn't able to really see anything in my room.

Post Re: Hallucinations
I see the future in dreams sometimes, usually it has to do with things that are stressing me out. I personally think that because I saw it in a dream and thought it was real, I subconsciously try to make that reality occur. Such as dreaming I am going to fail a test, I dream it, and I fail. I doubt I actually saw the future, my mind just was trying to catch up to what it thought was reality.

its sort of overkill for me to call them premonitions. But its weird how they actually happen. The same type stuff
- random things taking place that i saw in my dream - happen to me, but not a lot. Do you find that when you look back on the "premonition" dreams, they feel different than other dreams? Because I feel like i can tell if a dream is going to come true.

Darkdoom
These dreams occur, then happen in real life, and i often have no influence on the outcome.

like I said, subconsciously. you don't consciously try to do it. Your brain is just trying to make whatever the idea was occur. That is why some people die during a dream, the brain thinks it is real. The only difference is that the feeling of realism is carried into the real world. Especially if you WANT it to happen, ie passing a test, or if you REALLY DON'T want it to happen. The more you think about it, the more likely it is to occur.

Torrent, when you were a wee lad, did you have an imaginary friend?
If you did, imaginary hallucination... you have had one.

No, I didn't have one. I was a little bastard child, but no imaginary friend.
