Re: RtD - Space
IAMU-6452: "Going to the engine room probably won't be of any use since the energy reserves of the ship where supposed to hold for 1126years. They are probably almost depleted by now, this is why the engines aren't working properly and only auxiliary systems are still working, plus splitting up greatly reduces our chances of survival, the wisest course of action would be to equip ourselves, well yourself since I'm already equipped, and get out of the ship before it crashes in 79352s. I must also warn you that the cargo manifest I reconstructed does not take into account 1246.154 years of looting, they may be not much left, also this cargo report is incomplete due to corrupted data. Concerning the nukes that would make 895 of them if you also count the H bombs in the torpedoes, but these are far too heavy to carry by yourself, and of very little use. You should focus on small arms while looting the armory. Oh and another thing I forgot to tell you: due to the atmospheric entry, the ship will probably be torn apart in about 3120s, therefore the estimated time of impact is quite false since it doesn't take into account the atmosphere, some part of the ship will crash earlier than others, some will completely burn before touching the ground and some may even bounce on the atmosphere and be sent back into orbit. Anyway if you stay here you will die in about 3102s with a probability of 0.9999999999999999999999999999999999999846257. 3096, 3095, 3094..."

"Oh. Right."
"Activate internal teleportation grid, destination - Armory."
"It seems we're going to have to arm ourselves and get to the surface of the planet. Who's coming with me?"

"You can count me in. I wonder what fuel this ship uses. Perhaps we could take the radioactive materials from the nuclear weapons and put them into the ships fuel storage, which might let us save the ship."

Chucking anything radioactive into an engine usually has... explosive results."

"Normally it does, but if this ship has a nuclear reactor, then we might not have a problem. Then again, that also depends on a electric propulsion system, but that seems most likely in a ship for long flights, just like this one. And I'm pretty sure nuclear power is the thing powering this thing, afterall, solar panels would not generate anywhere near enough between stars, and the arrays would be colossal. "

"I don't think it's a good idea to mess around with nuclear devices. Whether or not you know what you are doing, that engine is old. So are the systems. Accidents happen. Theres also the bit where you would have to fix the ship in under an hour. I think we should just loot whatever we can and get far away from here very quickly."
FINAL EDIT (unless something new pops up)
teleport to armoury with others.

Accidents happen could happen to that too. Now which would you prefer, being converted into energy and then hopefully recreated from said energy without the Doppler effect taking hold on your ass and killing you, or staying inside a large hollowed out piece of metal?
I'd pick the latter."

Re: RtD - Space (Starting now)
IAMU-6452: "This ship is powered by 8 D-T fusion reactors, as their name suggests they use deuterium and tritium as a fuel, the tactical nukes we have are fission bombs that use uranium and plutonium, which is totally different from the previously mentioned isotopes of hydrogen. The torpedoes contain small quantities of deuterium and lithium, which can be transformed into tritium, but dismantling one would take a team of experienced 6 scientists about 3 hours, and we don't have that time."

You begin to scream in horror and pain when you hear IAMU-6452 say: "The rematerialisation projector on this side is damaged, that must be the cause of the malfunction", then it pulls out some wierd tool and begins burning the bleeding end of what was your arm with it, no need to tell you how it feels. "It won't bleed anymore this way, we'll proceed to repairs when we have the time, concerning teleportation I suggest we restrict its use to destinations where we know the rematerialisation projector is undamaged, before being teleported I observed the one in the corridor and it was in perfect condition, the dematerialisation projector on this side semms fine too, so we shouldn't have trouble getting back to this corridor if we want to."

Re: RtD - Space
While my friend is attempting to force the locker open, I will attempt to raise the battery power of my Personal Shield Generator (PSG!) by using my handy-dandy screwdriver, my bits of metal, and anything else deemed necessary to repair the main capacitor.
(By the way, you should probably change the name of that item in my inventory to (Personal Shield Generator - 22% output, or something like that.)
To Isaac (caekdaemon): "If you find a pipe in there, tell me. I seem to have a natural affinity for them." *Grins*

Re: RtD - Space
IAMU-6452:(to James and Xander) "The big capacitor James has would make a good substitute for the damaged one in the PS-22".
